CHALLENGE
Mahogany Whataburger is a new operator within the Whataburger system. They need a partner to provide a full-service solution throughout the program lifecycle to help them expand their footprint of restaurants across the state of Alabama.
SOLUTION
Sevan and Mahogany Whataburger conducted multiple Mission Alignment Process (MAP) sessions to set goals and create delivery timelines. Together, they developed a three-phase integrated service solution to keep each restaurant on track for completion:
- Site plan development and due diligence
- Architectural and engineering documentation
- Construction
Sevan worked closely with Whataburger to implement brand standards and develop an equipment sourcing, delivery and installation plan.
RESULTS
Sevan has fine-tuned the integrated service solution enabling Mahogany to anticipate changes in the supply chain and execute their development program with accuracy and known restaurant opening dates.
