programme manage renovations of numerous Chicago-area spaces\u2014including the iconic landmark Rock-N-Roll McDonald\u2019s at 600 N. Clark Street. This restaurant is also the first commercial building to use Cross Laminated Timber, a new generation of a strong engineered wood panel system. The eco-friendly design features large 27-foot windows which allow for substantial natural lighting, and the 1,000 plus solar panels generate more than 60 percent of the restaurant\u2019s electrical energy.
