development in a new industrial area. The initial planning application was refused but subsequently granted on appeal. This led to knock-on effects as subsequent changes requested by the client required planning permission. Wyeth updated and refined the site plans, including a larger building, larger WC area, trash area, solar panels to the canopy roof and an increased EV charging offer.
