To complete each project, they need help managing the replacements and upgrades, working with multiple authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) across many regions, hiring contractors and securing materials and labor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>SOLUTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sevan utilized their program management and permitting teams to manage the program from start to finish. The permitting staff worked with each AHJ to assess the requirements to source permits and begin the work.
