Sevan stepped in to manage the program through the entire process, working with leaders of both companies to understand each of their standards and what a successful finished product looked like. RESULTS
<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Over 19% of a front-end sales lift from customer support of the new model, the largest lift from a front-end conversion for the company. Updates included multiple formats offering different levels of grocery based on market research. Kroger Express was the top tier, expanded refrigeration a middle tier offering and finally merch only as the smallest initiative.
