Sevan organized trenching from Press Coffee to the retail space and ensured connection to the nearest grease line. This involved coordination with Sprouts and the operations team for entry closures during inspections. Due to Sevan\u2019s project management expertise the addition of a new prep meal case was integrated into the design while overseeing the renovation of the seating area with the GC.
