Challenge<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

Kroger needed civil engineering, zoning and permitting services for the design and entitlements for new retail petroleum sites at existing grocery store and stand-alone sites. There are increased difficulties in land development of retail petroleum sites due to the complex nature of municipal and regulatory approvals.<\/p>

Solution<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

Sevan met the challenges resulting from a range of requirements, including complex entitlement approvals and a variety of codes and laws administered by the different jurisdictions. Sevan\u2019s in-house design and entitlement professionals delivered due diligence, conceptual site layouts, civil design, zoning and permitting management. Sevan has a diverse portfolio including expansive retail petroleum experience, both as a consultant and retail petroleum employees.<\/p>

Results<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

Unexpected circumstances are the norm in these projects. These range from the request to incorporate outdoor sales, environmental protection measures, extensive site improvements and manage negotiations\u2014with local residential owners, regulatory agencies and adjacent retail owners. Sevan successfully designed, entitled and permitted over 100 retail fuel centers in four Kroger markets.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
